Make It, Take It: Winter Wreaths Class

Learn to make a fresh winter wreath from fresh greens. All tools and materials will be provided.

Classes are intended for participants 16 years and older unless otherwise noted. (Centennial Farm is open to the public, but we ask that you do not leave your children unattended on the farm.)

About the speaker: Nancy Claxton has volunteered her time and expertise as a UCCE Orange County Master Gardener, Centennial Farm docent and Sherman Gardens volunteer. For 20 years, Nancy has also served as Administrator of the Child Development Program at the Orange County Office of Education. She has taught Early Childhood Care and Education at Saddleback and Orange Coast College as an Associate Faculty member.

When: Saturday, Dec. 9, 9:30-11:30 a.m.

Where: Centennial Farm, Silo Building

How much: $20, which covers the cost of materials and/or handouts.
