Adrenaline-induced Arena
Entertainment Set to Thrill in 2008

The grandstand arena will feel like it had a shot of adrenaline in July when the Action Sports Arena makes its 21-day run at the 2008 OC Fair.

The Arena lineup includes a plethora of action-packed entertainment
to whet any adventurer's appetite.

After the top and up-andcoming skateboarders ride off after competing in the first-ever Maloof Money Cup, the fierce faces of Lucha Libre will come
bounding into the Arena on July 15-17 with three nights of drama, strength, agility, wrestling, and of course, colorful costumes.

The second weekend of Fair, July 18-20, features the always popular
motorized events: the 33rd annual Speedway Fair Derby and Freestyle Motocross Jumping, X-treme Freestyle Moto-X Jumping Invitational,
and the 8th annual "Orange Crush" Demolition Derby.

Extending the motorized excitement is H2X, a personal watercraft racing and stunts show that will have the Arena filled with 350,000 gallons of water splashing in July 22-26.

High energy and good, oldfashioned competitive spirit will be felt July 27 with SummerFist 2008, a mixed martial arts competition.

The arena will go vertical with the Big Air BMX Triples, presented by ASA Entertainment, from July 29-31 as the best local riders show that a bicycle's tires don't have to remain on the pavement.

The closing weekend of Fair will have a lot of bull starting on Aug. 1 with Extreme Rodeo and the crazy antics in the Toro Totter, Six Man Wild Card Race, and Ring of Fire. On Aug. 2, professional riders will face off with
the real stars of the weekend: bucking bulls. Fiesta del Charro will add equestrian finesse to the bull riding excitement on Aug. 3.

With the exception of the Maloof Money Cup, all Action Sports Arena entertainment is free with Fair admission. A limited amount of reserved seats are available for $12.50 each day. Free seating is on a first-come, first-seated basis.
