If you are interested in applying for space at the 2010 Super Fair
selling products, food or services please read the following to
learn how.
The application is available from November 15,
2009 through March 15, 2010.
Dates for the 2010 Super Fair are July 16th – August
15th.
The Fair is open Wednesday – Sunday. (Closed Mondays & Tuesdays)

Thank you for applying for the 119th OC Fair.
Application is for consideration only and does
not guarantee acceptance.
There is a $50.00 non-refundable application fee. At
check out you will be required to enter information and a credit
card from Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Confirmation
of your credit card acceptance signifies an application has been
submitted.
If you applied last year, you will be able to use the same
username and password. Please review carefully and update any information.

New applicants – Keep a record of the username and
password you enter. Photos of your booth and products you
are requesting to sell are required. If they need to be emailed
separately, the address is vendors@ocfair.com
Please do not contact our office as to the receipt or status
of your application. The selection process takes considerable
time. You will be contacted by email when decisions are reached.
About the application process:
- Participants from the previous Fair are evaluated and may be
offered space in this year’s fair before choosing from new
applicants
- Previous applicants need not submit new photos unless changes
have been made
- Applications and products are juried on their own merit, not
a first-come; first-served basis
- Photos, samples, artist renderings or promotional materials
become property of the Fair
- All food & beverage concessions are required to submit menus
and pricing
- Product selection is at the sole discretion of Fair Management.
Selection process: Applications are reviewed and selected
based on, although not limited to, the following:
- Evaluation Results (prior participants)
- Space availability
- Booth Appearance/product presentation
- Product balance (similar or like items within the Fair)
- Uniqueness
- Value to the customer
- References/Prior Experience
There
is a non-refundable filing fee of $50.
