OC Fair Premium Space Program


Attention Spa Vendors:

Bidding for spa category premium space ended March 9, 2010.

With more than 1 million visitors over its 23-day run, the OC Fair offers an ideal platform to reach consumers and drive sales. The OC Fair has designated the most highly trafficked areas of the property for the Premium Space program, allowing companies to maximize exposure to an average of nearly 50,000 potential customers daily.

What are the requirements?
The Premium Space program has limited availability and is very competitive. Primary criteria for consideration are:

  • product diversity
  • display presentation and appearance
  • a focus on customer service
  • physical requirements of display
  • experience at similar events
  • professionalism

If all Premium Space has been allocated, you may not receive a space even if your display/company meets all of the criteria.

Why should your company consider the Premium Space program at the OC Fair?
The Premium Space program provides the following benefits:

  1. Location, location, location. By offering the best space at the OC Fair, the Premium Space program allows vendors to make a direct connection with consumers and meet their sales and sampling objectives.
  2. Amenities include electricity, water, exhibit staff credentials, parking, assistance with required business permits, and more.
  3. Category evaluation for each product line prevents oversaturation, allowing your product to be unique in the eyes of the consumer.
  4. Experienced Fair staff provides assistance before, during and after the Fair to help you meet your goals.

  1. Audience: More than 1 million visitors during its 23-day run from Orange County, Los Angeles County and beyond.
  2. Exposure: In 2009, the OC Fair purchased $1.7 million in advertising and obtained an additional $10.4 million in broadcast, Internet and print media coverage.
  3. Enjoyment: 51% of visitors surveyed at the 2009 OC Fair rated their overall enjoyment of the OC Fair as “Excellent” with 90% of visitors rating their enjoyment of the Fair as “Excellent” or “Good.”
  4. Experience: 2010 marks the 120th anniversary of the OC Fair, an Orange County tradition and one of the most eagerly awaited events of the year.

What about Mobile Marketing Tours?
The OC Fair welcomes a variety of Mobile Marketing Tours each year under our Premium Space and Sponsorship programs. Space available ranges from 10-foot by 10-foot to over 100-foot by 100-foot and dates may range from 1 day to all 23 days of the OC Fair. To apply, please complete the Premium Space Application.
