Popular demolition derby series returns to the Action Sports Arena during the 2020 OC Fair
Costa Mesa, Calif. (Jan. 27, 2020) – The OC Fair has announced the return of the popular demolition derby series at the Action Sports Arena this summer, starting Aug. 5. Kicking off the series is the Motorhome Madness Demolition Derby, followed by Orange Crush and Damsels of Destruction. Each night will also include a Figure 8 Demo Derby to get the engines revved up.
Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 1.
Motorhome Madness Demolition Derby
Figure 8 Demo Derby
Aug. 5 & 7, 8 p.m.
Everything AND the kitchen sink goes flying during this intense bout to be the last motorhome still running. This is Motorhome Madness’s 11th year at the OC Fair.
Orange Crush Demolition Derby

Aug. 6 at 8 p.m. & Aug. 9 at 7 p.m.
In this traditional-style demo derby, cars and local drivers do their best to damage their opponents without self-destructing. Orange Crush is the OC Fair’s original demo derby!
Damsels of Destruction Demolition Derby

Aug. 8, 8 p.m.
This all-female derby crashes for a cause as the drivers raise money for charity. Damsels of Destruction have been wreaking havoc at the OC Fair since 2012.
Reserved seating for these shows includes same-day Fair admission. A VIP premium seat includes an in-field meet-and-greet photo op. Action Sports Arena also features a general admission seating area for Fairgoers who have not reserved a seat, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Tickets for these shows go on sale at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 1. Tickets are available via Ticketmaster and include admission to the 2020 OC Fair. More performances and action sports at the Fair will be announced in the coming months. Sign up for pre-sale emails at ocfair.com/newsletters.
The 2020 OC Fair is July 17-Aug. 16, open Wednesday-Sunday. The OC Fair announced in November its theme for the 2020 OC Fair, All for Fun, which is the first of three in a series that will celebrate the community.
