Burritos is a high-energy Sublime tribute band dedicated to preserving the sound and soul of one of Southern California’s most iconic reggae-punk-ska acts. Known for their note-for-note accuracy and explosive live shows, the band captures everything fans love about Sublime. From sun-soaked grooves and gritty punk edges to the unmistakable ska bounce that defined a generation.
Burritos has deep roots in honoring Bradley Nowell’s legacy, frequently performing in support of the Nowell Family Foundation and Bradley’s House, a recovery program for musicians. Fronted by Casey Sullivan of Seedless, the band delivers authentic vocals and raw energy, backed by musicians who grew up immersed in Sublime’s catalog and culture. Their shows often feature a saxophonist and incorporate original Sublime samples, recreating the full, unmistakable live experience.
Earning a reputation for unforgettable performances at festivals and venues throughout California, Burritos is occasionally joined by members of Sublime, or even Nowell’s son, Jakob Nowell, creating powerful moments that bridge generations. More than a tribute, it’s a celebration, keeping the music alive, the message intact and the party going long after the last note fades.
