Vendor registration is closed for the 2025 OC Fair
Applications will be accepted until 5 p.m. on Friday, March 7. By submitting an application, you understand it is for consideration only. Space is not guaranteed. Please carefully read the information below before entering the application process.
Merchants |
Sell tangible goods, products, promote business/services or lead generating. |
Platinum Partners |
Sell tangible goods, products, promote business/services or lead generating. |
Concessions |
Sell food and/or beverages. Mobile food kitchens required; no tents or food trucks allowed. |
Independent Amusements |
Novelties, souvenir merchandise, foot massage machines, photo booths, photos with animals and exhibits, etc. Mechanical rides and games are booked through our contracted carnival company. |

Some criteria considered in the application review:
- Experience working at fairs, festivals or other events
- Booth presentation and appearance
- Similar products or services offered at the fair
- Fair accommodations for physical requirements: space size, height, utilities, etc.
- Product or service appropriateness for the available space
Have the following information available before filling out the application:
- Company information
- Phone numbers
- Email addresses
- CA seller’s permit number
- References
- Website address
- Contacts for other fairs and events
- List of fairs and events at which you have recently participated
- Products list – you will not be approved to sell any product that is not listed on your application
- Menus (concessions)
- Pricing (lead generating must indicate a cost range)
- Booth requirements (indoor, outdoor or either)
- Required space/booth size
- Utility needs

- OPEN Wednesday – Sunday
- CLOSED Monday & Tuesday
HOURS:
Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday: 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.; Buildings close at 10 p.m.
Friday & Saturday: 11 a.m. – midnight; Buildings close at 11 p.m.
Monday & Tuesday – CLOSED
