OC Connection


OC Connection highlights government-run initiatives and 501(c)(3) organizations to over a million fairgoers each year. From award winning exhibits and blue-ribbon entries to delicious food and thrilling attractions, we encourage all who visit to discover something new and exciting.

Applications will be accepted until Friday, May 22. By submitting an application, you understand it is for consideration only. Space is not guaranteed. Please carefully read the information below before entering the application process.

Program details:

  • Friday – Sunday, Aug. 7 – 9, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Booth space is available for rent at a rate of $450 for the duration of the event and can be paid via credit card or check.

All checks should be made payable to: OC Fair & Event Center, c/o OC Connection, Johanna Svensson

Requirements:

    • Submit an interest application via Formstack no later than Friday, May 22
    • To be eligible to participate, the program must be a city, state or federally run initiative or be categorized as a 501(c)(3). No exceptions.
    • Sign a rental agreement provided by OC Fair & Event Center.
    • Provide a completed and signed Megan’s Law form with the names of all staff working at the booth for the duration of the event.
    • Provide credit card information or signed check in the amount of the booth occupation fee.
    • Participate in every day of the 3-day program; Aug. 7, 8 and 9.
    • Provide proof of liability insurance. Insurance is available through the state for $120 and payable via credit card or check.
    • Receive approval from OC Connection for all materials on display, for distribution and for public view, no later than Aug 6. This includes all brochures, cutouts, giveaways, posters, etc.
    • Follow all the rules set forth in the Exhibitor Guide Handbook.

Should an exhibitor fail to submit the required documents and fees, as stated herein, OC Fair & Event Center reserves the right to cancel the rental agreement without further notice.
