There are hit albums, and then there’s Dark Side of the Moon. Pink Floyd’s eternally popular album has sold more than 15 million copies in the U.S. since it’s release on March 1, 1973, and more than 45 million units worldwide.
A true colossus of classic rock, the album made its creators – bassist/vocalist Roger Waters, guitarist/vocalist David Gilmour, keyboardist/vocalist Rick Wright, and drummer Nick Mason – incredibly famous and popular, and the album spent a mind-boggling 937 weeks on the Billboard Top 200.
To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the original release of the album, Which One’s Pink – A Tribute to the Music of Pink Floyd – will be presenting a performance featuring a special tribute to the music from Dark Side. Tickets for this performance will go on presale Wednesday, March 1, 2023, exactly 50 years to the day from when the album was originally released.
