Welcome to Imaginology at OC Fair & Event Center!

Join us at Imaginology!  This free, two-day, event brings together thousands of Orange County residents, including children, parents, teachers and youth leaders , for STEAM exhibits, creative workshops and interactive learning experiences for all ages.

As a featured exhibitor, your group or nonprofit organization will have the opportunity to showcase engaging educational activities, connect with the community and inspire future innovators, and share your mission with thousands of enthusiastic attendees.

As a participating Feature Exhibitor, your non-profit organization will receive:
• 10-foot by 10-foot booth/space (additional space based on availability)
• One (1) 6-foot table, table cover and two chairs
• Electrical outlets

There is NO CHARGE for being a Feature Exhibitor, but you are required to provide a STEAM demonstration, hands-on activity, workshop or game. Your booth must be properly staffed during all operating hours of Imaginology.

Event Days & Times
• Saturday, April 11: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
• Sunday, April 12: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Please submit application by February 1

Submitting an application does not guarantee participation. We will notify all exhibitors via email that your application has been accepted and a booth  or space will be reserved for you.

Once your application is accepted, an Exhibitors Rental Agreement and Information Packet will be emailed to you. This will include set up dates and times, unloading, parking and tear down instructions.
