Gear up for 2026-27 Jr. Farmer Tour reservations!

Reservation season is just around the corner. Here’s everything to know before reservations go live.

The interest form will be posted on our website Aug. 1-16. Please complete the form in its entirety, including:

  • School information
  • Teacher’s school email (this address will receive all correspondence, including contracts and confirmation)
  • Secondary, external email
  • Phone number
  • Grade

Jr. Farmer Tour reservation timeslot information will be sent via email Aug. 20, with timeslot selection dates between Aug. 24-27. The link to make a Jr. Farmer Tour reservation will also be emailed Aug. 24-27. 

Those who miss the initial application window must wait until Wednesday, Sept. 2, when reservations will be open to the public online and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Tips and reminders:

  • Centennial Farm offers 9 and 11 a.m. timeslots for Jr. Farmer Tours. Each tour is an hour and a half.
  • Arrive on time; no time will be added for late arrivals. No exceptions.
  • The program is open to grades K-3 (no pre-K/transitional kindergarten).
  • Groups are limited to 23 students, and only seven groups are allowed per timeslot. The system will display only the number of groups remaining for a given day.

Jr. Farmer Tours: 

  • Ages: K-3rd ONLY
        • Transitional and pre-kindergarten are encouraged to book a Centennial Farm Discovery Day instead.
  • Tour times are 9 or 11 a.m.
    • Tour duration is 1 hour and 30 minutes. No time will be added for late arrivals.
    • Please arrive 10 – 15 minutes before tour start time.
  • Guided tour from a farmer volunteer.
  • Chaperone limitation.

Discovery Days: 

  • Ages: All ages, no age limit.
        • Recommended for transitional and pre-kindergarten, homeschool students, senior trips and groups. 
  • Discovery Day runs from 9 a.m. to noon.
    • Guests are encouraged to arrive before 11 a.m.
  • Self-guided tours. 
  • A dedicated team of volunteer farmers will be stationed throughout the farm. 
  • No chaperone limitation.

Summer Season

Centennial Farm does not offer a summer tour program. During the annual OC Fair, guests may visit Centennial Farm with paid admission into the fair. For more information, visit ocfair.com/oc-fair.
