2020 OC Connection Exhibit – Interest Application


If you are a potential OC Connection Exhibitor, please fill out and submit this application by April 15.

  • Exhibit Booth Space in the OC Connection needs to visually tell the story of your organization in order to be grasped and understood immediately by Fair guests. Visual tools may consist of graphic elements, photographs, text or three dimensional objects. An interactive experience, such as a game, or hands-on activity is encouraged to help draw fairgoers to your booth.
  • Booth specifications: one 8’d x 8’w x 10’h canopy with four walls (front slides open), one 6′ table with cover and two chairs. Staffing is required during all OC Fair operating hours (Wednesday-Friday, noon-11 p.m.; Saturday-Sunday, 11 a.m.-11 p.m.).
  • Please note that submitting this application does not guarantee participation in the OC Fair. Upon acceptance for a booth space, I will mail a packet to you with the necessary paperwork (Agreements, Megan’s Law Form, Insurance requirements, etc.) which will need to be completed and returned along with a $200 check.
