COSTA MESA (Nov. 20, 2018) – Events happening in December include the annual Winter Fest, Shoreline’s holiday classic dog show and the last Fight Club OC and Gem Faire events of the year.

♦ Nov. 28-Dec. 12, Magic Trees – Christmas Tree Lot

Pick from the freshest of trees at the annual lot, open daily between Nov. 28 and Dec. 12.

♦ Nov. 30-Dec. 2, Gem Faire

Fine jewelry, precious and semi-precious gemstones, millions of beads, crystals, gold and silver, minerals and much more at manufacturers’ prices. Nearly 200 exhibitors from around the world. Jewelry repair, cleaning and ring sizing while you shop.

When: Friday, Nov. 30, noon-6 p.m.; Saturday,Dec. 1, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.; Sunday, Dec. 2, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
How much: $7 general admission, children 11 & younger are free. Admission is good for all 3 days; parking is $8.

Indoor and outdoor car show happening in the Los Alamitos building, OC Promenade and Lot I.

Boxing and MMA together on the same night, inside the same ring.

The Shoreline Dog Fanciers Association will host its annual all-breed conformation and obedience show.

♦ Dec. 17-20, Share Our Selves Annual Adopt-A-Family Program

The Adopt-A-Family program will connect donors with more than 1,500 families with children recommended by Costa Mesa and Santa Ana organizations and schools. This is the program’s 49th year.

♦ Dec. 20, 2018 – Jan. 6, 2019, Winter Fest OC

SoCal’s ultimate winter experience is returning, blowing in tons of family fun and date night charm. The fest will feature a winter wonderland of attractions, including a 150-foot ice tubing slide, snow play, ice skating, rides, nightly fireworks and more.

Hours: Open every day from Dec. 20, 2018, to Jan. 6, 2019; hours vary.

The Market Place will also host a special Holiday Bazaar featuring shopping, Santa and specialty foods and drinks, the event will also get you into the opening days of Winter Fest at a discounted rate.
