OC Fair & Event Center Hires Adam Carleton As Vice President, Finance and Administration

Costa Mesa, Calif. (September 21, 2016) – The OC Fair & Event Center (OCFEC) announced the hiring of Adam Carleton as Vice President, Finance and Administration.

Orange County is a dynamic area with a diverse population and I look forward to putting my business experience to work so more of our community can enjoy the OC Fair & Event Center,” said Carleton.

Carleton will provide oversight of accounting, finance, purchasing and contracts at OCFEC and establish financial and administrative programs, policies and controls. He has 20 years of finance, accounting, IT and business experience in the medical, manufacturing and technology industries with Fortune 500 companies including ALCOA and PacifiCare.

Carleton is a graduate of Costa Mesa High School, earned his associate’s degree from Orange Coast College and a bachelor’s and master’s degrees from California State University, Long Beach. Carleton currently resides in Huntington Beach with his family and enjoys bicycling, boating and surfing.

The OC Fair & Event Center is formally known as the 32nd District Agricultural Association of the California Department of Food & Agriculture. Located in Costa Mesa, CA, it is home to the annual OC Fair and year-round Centennial Farm and with 150 acres of diverse, flexible event space, it’s also host of a variety of events throughout the year for arts, crafts, cars, cultural celebrations, pets, collectibles and more. Every summer, the OC Fair offers 23 days of food, exhibits, rides, shopping, action sports, tribute bands and headline entertainment in the Pacific Amphitheatre.
