2-4 Sugar Plum Arts & Crafts Festival
Sugar Plum welcomes the holiday season with gifts to warm the heart and accessories that make a home. Shoppers can find quality hand-crafted merchandise made in the U.S. from more than 120 vendors plus antiques and collectibles.

9 Apartment Association of Orange County (AAOC)
One-day event celebrating its 46th year of bringing together rental property owners, resident managers, realtors, property management companies and rental-housing professional to network with more than 100 booths featuring various products and services specific to the industry.

17-19 MUSINK Tattoo Convention & Music Festival
MUSINK returns for a 10th year of music and tattoos. Friday features performances by NOFX, The Vandals, Lagwagon, A Wilhelm Scream. Saturday features performances by The Used, Glassjaw, Goldfinger, Story of the Year, Hell or Highwater. Sunday features performances by Bad Religion, Pennywise, Swingin’ Utter.
Hours: Friday 3-10 p.m., Saturday Noon-10 p.m., Sunday Noon-9 p.m.

18 Centennial Farm Garden Class: Make It, Take It Food Preservation – Strawberry Jam
UCCE OC Master Food Preservers’ hands-on food preservation workshops will teach the basics of canning and freezing, including how to use pressure canning, water bath and steam canning to preserve fruits and vegetables. Fresh produce, equipment and canning jars will be provided and attendees will leave with three half pints of strawberry jam and have the opportunity to enter the Preserved Foods competition of the OC Fair for $5.
Hours: Saturday, 9:30 a.m. (Classes last 1.5-2 hours unless otherwise specified.)

22 Orange County Science and Engineering Fair
Orange County’s brightest and best science students will compete in the regional science fair for a chance to move on to the State and National competitions.

Centennial Farm
Three-acre working farm designed to educate youth and their families about agriculture and its importance to daily life with fruit and vegetable gardens, livestock and the Millennium Barn.

Heroes Hall Veterans Museum
The OC Fair & Event Center’s permanent, onsite veterans museum celebrates the legacy of Orange County veterans and others who have served our nation with a year-round tribute to their stories. Exhibitions will rotate semi-annually and will focus on the aspects of personal experiences of veterans. Current exhibitions include “Things They Carried” and “The SAAAB Story”.
