OC Fair & Event Center Retains Law Firm

The 32nd District Agricultural Association, DBA as OC Fair & Event Center (OCFEC), has retained the law firm of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, and Steve Edwards, a partner in the firm’s Orange County office, will serve as lead counsel. Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP will oversee and advise OCFEC’s legal affairs including contracts and human resource matters.
