Heroes Hall Speaker Series – From Mustang Marine to Mentor: A Career of Service and Leadership | Things to Do in Orange County

Retired Maj. William “Monsoon” Mimiaga will share stories from his remarkable 31-year military career and his continued service as an educator and mentor. Serving two tours in Vietnam and later during the Gulf War, Mimiaga rose through the ranks from private to chief warrant officer 4 before retiring as a major. Following his military service, he spent more than two decades teaching and mentoring inner-city students and continues to advocate for veterans and support the military community.
