Vendor registration is open for the 2025 OC Fair

Applications will be accepted until 5 p.m. on Friday, March 7, 2025. By submitting an application, you understand it is for consideration only. Space is not guaranteed. Please carefully read the information below before entering the application process.

  • Company information
  • Phone numbers

  • CA seller’s permit number
  • References
  • Website address
  • Contacts for other fairs and events
  • List of fairs and events at which you have recently participated
  • Products list – you will not be approved to sell any product that is not listed on your application
  • Menus (concessions)
  • Pricing (lead generating must indicate a cost range)
  • Booth requirements (indoor, outdoor or either)
  • Required space/booth size
  • Utility needs

Friday, July 18 – Sunday, Aug. 17, 2025

  • The OC Fair is 23 days
  • OPEN Wednesday – Sunday
  • CLOSED Monday & Tuesday 

HOURS:

Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday: 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.; Buildings close at 10 p.m.
Friday & Saturday: 11 a.m. – midnight; Buildings close at 11 p.m.
Monday & Tuesday – CLOSED

CAPACITY CONTROLLED at 50,000 PAID attendance per day.

After you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation email. Please add ocfair.com to your address book or to a “safe” list which will keep emails from OC Fair & Event Center from going into your junk/spam folder. Potential vendors will be notified by June 6, 2025.
