WHAT ARE THE DATES OF THE 2025 OC FAIR?

Friday, July 18, through Sunday, Aug. 17, 2025.

  • The Fair is 23 days

WHAT ARE THE HOURS DURING THE OC FAIR?

Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday: 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.; Buildings close at 10 p.m.
Friday & Saturday: 11 a.m. – midnight; Buildings close at 11 p.m.
Monday & Tuesday – CLOSED

WHAT IS THE 2025 OC FAIR THEME?

ARE YOU LIMITING TICKETS/CAPACITY IN 2025?

To ensure we are adequately staffed, stocked  and that our guests have plenty of elbow room, we are using the same limited ticket/capacity model that we used for the 2024 OC Fair.

CAPACITY CONTROLLED at 50,000 paid attendance per day
Attendance in 2024: 1,137,555

WHEN WILL THE 2025 VENDOR APPLICATIONS BE AVAILABLE ON THE OC FAIR & EVENT CENTER WEBSITE?

Vendor applications will be posted on the website on Friday, Nov. 1.

DO I NEED TO FILL OUT AN APPLICATION ONLINE?

Yes. Applications are only available online.

IS THERE A FEE TO APPLY?

No, there is not a fee to apply. However, if selected, a non-refundable $50 application fee will be included in your rental agreement. 

IF I WAS A VENDOR AT THE OC FAIR LAST YEAR, OR IN THE PAST, DO I NEED TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION?

Yes, all vendors must reapply each year. 

IF I SUBMIT MY APPLICATION EARLY, WILL I HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF BEING ACCEPTED AS A VENDOR?

Early submission does not guarantee acceptance. All applications will be considered based on the selection criteria and will be held on file until the OC Fair is fully booked. 

IF I HAVE MORE THAN ONE STAND OR LOCATION/NEW PRODUCT OR FOOD ITEM THAT I WOULD LIKE TO APPLY FOR, DO I NEED TO COMPLETE A SEPARATE APPLICATION?

Yes, a separate application is required for each booth location. Location choices are indoor, outdoor or either. If chosen as a vendor, OC Fair will determine placement. 

CAN I USE A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER’S COMPUTER TO SUBMIT MY APPLICATION?

Yes. You can use any computer that has internet access. The application process times out after 30 minutes. Once completed, the application is inaccessible for security reasons. If you want to retain a copy, print each page as it is completed before advancing in the application process.

HOW DO I FIND THE APPLICATION ON YOUR WEBSITE?

If you do not see the application, PLEASE do the following: 

Go back to our main website page, ocfair.com.

In the bottom left-hand corner, you will see a paperclip icon surrounded by a black circle background. Click on the paperclip. 

You will be asked to change your settings. Please click on the rectangle that states, “CHANGE YOUR CONSENT,” then click on the rectangle that states, “ALLOW ALL.”

After completing the steps above, go back to the OC Fair tab at the top of the page. 

I HAVE SUBMITTED MY APPLICATION, NOW WHAT DO I DO?

You will receive an immediate confirmation acknowledging application submission and verifying your application has been entered into our system. Please print this confirmation for your records.

The email will state:

Your 2025 OC Fair application has been received. OC Fair will contact you by Friday, June 6, 2025. 

THE APPLICATION IS NOW IN REVIEW. YOU WILL ONLY BE NOTIFIED IF YOUR APPLICATION IS APPROVED OR SPACE BECOMES AVAILABLE.

Your application is now being reviewed by OC Fair staff based upon the established selection criteria. The review process takes several months, so please be patient. Do not call for status. Information will not be given over the phone.

WHAT IS THE APPLICATION DEADLINE FOR RETURNING VENDORS?

Vendors who participated at the 2024 OC Fair, must submit applications by Friday, Dec. 13.

WHAT IS THE APPLICATION DEADLINE FOR NEW VENDORS AT THE 2025 OC FAIR?

New vendors must submit applications by 5 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) on Friday, March 7, 2025.

The handbook will be updated in April 2025. 

WHEN WILL POTENTIAL VENDORS BE NOTIFIED ABOUT THEIR PARTICIPATION STATUS FOR THE 2025 OC FAIR?

Our intention is to notify all potential vendors by Friday, June 6, 2025, whether they are invited to participate or not. 

WHAT CRITERIA DOES THE OC FAIR USE TO CHOOSE NEW VENDORS?

• Experience at other fairs or shows; application presentation
• Booth presentation and appearance; concession appearance and presentation – is it attractive
• Space availability
• Are similar products and or services already represented
• Whether the product is appropriate for our audience
• Uniqueness and appeal of product
• Financial responsibility
