WHAT ARE THE DATES OF THE 2024 OC FAIR?
The 2024 OC Fair dates are Friday, July 19, through Sunday, August 18, 2024.
- The Fair is 23 days
- Open Wednesday – Sunday
- Closed Monday & Tuesday
WHAT ARE THE HOURS DURING THE OC FAIR?
Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday: 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.; Buildings close at 10 p.m.
Friday & Saturday: 11 a.m. – midnight; Buildings close at 11 p.m.
WHAT IS THE 2024 OC FAIR THEME?
ALWAYS A GOOD TIME
WHY ARE YOU LIMITING TICKETS/CAPACITY IN 2024?
In order to ensure we are adequately staffed, stocked and that our guests have plenty of elbow room, we are using the same limited ticket/capacity model that we used for the 2023 OC Fair.
Capacity Controlled at 45,000 PAID attendance per day.
Attendance in 2023: 1,048,181
WHEN WILL THE 2024 VENDOR APPLICATIONS BE AVAILABLE ON OCFAIR.COM?
Friday, Nov. 3, 2023 at 8 a.m.
DO I NEED TO FILL OUT AN APPLICATION ONLINE?
Yes. Applications are available only online.
IS THERE A FEE TO APPLY?
No. But there is a non-refundable $50 application fee if you are selected to participate. The fee will appear on your rental agreement.
IF I WAS A VENDOR AT THE OC FAIR LAST YEAR, OR IN THE PAST, DO I NEED TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION?
Yes. Everyone must reapply each year.
IF I SUBMIT MY APPLICATION EARLY, WILL I HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF BEING ACCEPTED AS A VENDOR?
Not necessarily. All applications will be considered using the selection criteria and held on file until the Fair is fully booked.
IF I HAVE MORE THAN ONE STAND OR LOCATION/NEW PRODUCT OR FOOD ITEM THAT I WOULD LIKE TO APPLY FOR, DO I NEED TO COMPLETE A SEPARATE APPLICATION?
Yes, please fill out a separate application for each booth location. Location choices are inside, outside or either. If chosen, the Fair determines placement.
CAN I USE A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER’S COMPUTER TO SUBMIT MY APPLICATION?
Yes. You can use any computer that has access to the internet. The application process times out after 30 minutes. Once completed, the application is inaccessible for security reasons. If you want to retain a copy, print each page as it is completed before advancing in the application process.

I HAVE SUBMITTED MY APPLICATION, NOW WHAT DO I DO?
You will receive a confirmation immediately which is proof of application submission and that your application has been entered into our system. Please print this confirmation for your records.
The email will state: Your 2024 OC Fair application has been received.
THE APPLICATION IS NOW IN REVIEW. YOU WILL ONLY BE NOTIFIED IF YOUR APPLICATION IS APPROVED OR SPACE BECOMES AVAILABLE.
Your application is now being reviewed by OC Fair staff based upon the established selection criteria. The review process takes several months, so please be patient. Do not call for status. Information will not be given over the phone.

WHAT CRITERIA DOES THE OC FAIR USE TO CHOOSE NEW VENDORS?
• Experience at other Fairs or shows and application presentation
• Booth presentation and appearance, concession appearance and presentation – is it attractive?
• Space availability
• Do we have similar products and or services already represented?
• Is the product appropriate for a Fair audience?
• Uniqueness and appeal of product
• Financial responsibility
