OC Fair Announces Pop & Classic Rock Music Tributes, Motorized Events & Mixed Martial Arts for 2017 Season
On Sale Feb. 11: I Am King – The Michael Jackson Experience (July 26), Wild Child – A Jim Morrison Celebration (July 27), Turn The Page – The Ultimate Tribute to Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band (July 28), X-treme Freestyle Moto-X (Friday, July 14), Speedway Fair Derby (Saturday, July 15), SummerFist 10 – Mixed Martial Arts (Sunday, July 16)
Costa Mesa, Calif. (February 7, 2017) – The OC Fair announced pop and classic musical tributes in The Hangar and adrenaline-inducing entertainment in the Action Sports Arena for its 2017 season (July 14-August 13). As always, concert and action sports tickets include Fair admission. Tickets for select events are on sale February 11.
In The Hangar, The King of Pop will be remembered with an amazing rendition of his music and moves by I Am King – The – Michael Jackson Experience on Wednesday, July 26. Classic rock fans can enjoy the return of Wild Child – A Jim Morrison Celebration on Thursday, July 27 and welcome a first OC Fair experience by Turn The Page – The Ultimate Tribute to Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet on Friday, July 28.
In the Action Sports Arena, motorsports enthusiasts can enjoy X-treme Freestyle Moto-X on Friday, July 14 and Speedway Fair Derby on Saturday, July 15. Fight night returns to the OC Fair on Sunday, July 16 with SummerFist 10 – Mixed Martial Arts. Reserved seats for events in the Action Sports Arena include free OC Fair admission. There is limited free seating available with Fair admission on a first-come, first-seated basis at these events.
Tickets for these events go on sale Saturday, February 11, at 10 a.m. via Ticketmaster or at the OC Fair & Event Center Box Office, which is open Saturday, February 11 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Tickets are available at all Ticketmaster outlets, online at ticketmaster.com or by phone (800) 745-3000.

The 2017 OC Fair is July 14-August 13 and will offer 23 days and nights of food, rides, shopping, exhibits, animals and headline performances in the Pacific Amphitheatre, nightly music in The Hangar and adrenaline-inducing events in the Action Sports Arena. The Fair is open Wednesday-Sunday. Tickets are available for purchase at ocfair.com or from the on-site Box Office (limited hours.) Free parking and shuttle service are available on Saturdays and Sundays from the Experian parking structure located off the Bristol St. exit of the 405 freeway.
