Rebelution to headline two nights at Pacific Amphitheatre during the 2022 OC Fair

Costa Mesa, Calif. (Feb. 7, 2022) – OC Fair has announced two more shows headed to the Toyota Summer Concert Series at Pacific Amphitheatre during this year’s OC Fair. Rebelution will headline two dates, with support from Steel Pulse, DENM and DJ Mackle on Aug. 5 and 6, as part of their Good Vibes Summer Tour 2022. Tickets go on sale Tuesday, Feb. 8, at 10 a.m. on Ticketmaster.

California reggae band Rebelution has become a fan favorite at Pacific Amphitheatre. Its members (singer/guitarist/lyricist Eric Rachmany, keyboardist Rory Carey, drummer Wesley Finley, and bassist Marley D. Williams) are as focused and committed as they are easygoing and laid-back. Their latest album, In The Moment, is deliberate and wide-ranging, infusing the quartet’s soulful brand of modern reggae with addictive pop hooks, alt-rock grit and hip-hop grooves.

Steel Pulse adds even more roots and reggae to the lineup as they’re touring their 12th studio production, Mass Manipulation. Steel Pulse continues to be revolutionary in engaging controversial topics of racial injustice and human rights on a global scale. Their musical stance and conceptualizations are as potent and relevant today as they were at the beginning of their career.

Southern California producer-turned-artist and songwriter DENM will perform from his latest album Slum Beach Denny, and Rebelution’s energetic DJ Mackle will kick things off at both shows.

Tickets, $32.50-$62.50, will go on sale tomorrow, Tuesday, Feb. 8, at 10 a.m. on Ticketmaster and include same-day Fair admission. The Pacific Amphitheatre Box Office will be open Feb. 4 and Feb. 12, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

The 2022 OC Fair is July 15-Aug. 14, open Wednesday-Sunday. Advance tickets are required. Media access requests will be accepted beginning May 2, 2022, at ocfair.com/about-us/media-center/.
