Costa Mesa, Calif. (May 14, 2018) – Pacific Amphitheatre has added a special post-Fair summer concert to the lineup, featuring Thievery Corporation with Steel Pulse and Simpkin Project on Aug. 24. Also, special guest Cherry Poppin’ Daddies have been added to the Stray Cats show on Aug. 16, which precedes another Stray Cats show with special guest The Paladins on Aug. 17.
Additionally, the OC Fair announces iBUYPOWER GameFest at The Hangar on Aug. 11 and 12.

The previously announced Stray Cats performance will now include the swing and ska rockers Cherry Poppin’ Daddies, well known for the hit “Zoot Suit Riot.” Stray Cats will also perform on Aug. 17 with The Paladins. Both shows are on sale now.
iBUYPOWER GameFest 2

The e-sports world returns to the OC Fair with iBUYPOWER GameFest, one of the nation’s largest digital carnivals for all ages. Featuring new video gaming attractions, virtual reality demos and e-sports pros, the event is accessible with Fair admission during the day, and will host a special ticketed tournament series beginning at 8 p.m. Discounted presale tickets to watch the tournament are $20 and go on sale Wednesday, May 17, at 10 a.m.; regular price is $25 beginning Saturday, May 19.
