Vendor Application – Platinum Partner
Vendor registration for the 2026 OC Fair will open Monday, Nov. 3.
Applications will be accepted until 5 p.m. on Friday, March 6. By submitting an application, you understand it is for consideration only. Space is not guaranteed. Please carefully read the information below before entering the application process.

Have the following information available before filling out the application:
- Company information
- Phone numbers
- Email addresses
- CA seller’s permit number
- References
- Website address
- Contacts for other fairs and events
- List of fairs and events at which you have recently participated
- Products list – you will not be approved to sell any product that is not listed on your application
- Menus (concessions)
- Pricing (lead generating must indicate a cost range)
- Booth requirements (indoor, outdoor or either)
- Required space/booth size
- Utility needs

- The OC Fair is 23 days
- OPEN Wednesday – Sunday
- CLOSED Monday & Tuesday
HOURS:
Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday: 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.; Buildings close at 10 p.m.
Friday & Saturday: 11 a.m. – midnight; Buildings close at 11 p.m.
Monday & Tuesday – CLOSED
