Farm Tour Interest Form

THIS FORM IS SOLELY FOR ENTRY INTO THE 2023-2024 RANDOMIZED DRAWING FOR TIMESLOTS.

THIS FORM IS NOT FOR THE ACTUAL SIGN-UPS. 

BEFORE YOUR REGISTRATION DATE, READ THESE ITEMS/TIPS.

DETERMINE DATE:

Have a school calendar available so you know when holidays, breaks, non-student days, picture day, assemblies are.

Check with buses or your transportation department to make sure they don’t have any days blocked off. You can book your bus when you get the automated email after submitting and all the information is correct.

The confirmation email will come 2-3 months before your reservation date.

DETERMINE TIME:

Centennial Farm offers 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. time slots for Junior Farmer Tours.

Please check Google Maps to make sure you can arrive on time. If you arrive late, no additional time will be added to your tour. You can do this by putting in your school address and Centennial Farm’s address (88 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa, CA 92626). Select “arrive by” and it will tell you the latest time you will need to leave by.

Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled tour to allow for bus unloading and organizing students into groups.
