Centennial Farm Workshop: Crafting a fall charcuterie board (Session I)

Indulge in the charcuterie board trend and seize the opportunity to craft your very own exquisite platter! Immerse yourself in a hands-on session led by chef Vina. Whether it’s the allure of holiday hosting or the desire for an exceptional brunch, these boards have you covered!

Throughout the class, you’ll delve into the following skills:

  • The art of ingredient selection, harmonizing flavors and aesthetics
  • Techniques for precision cutting of various cheeses and fruits
  • The mastery of ingredient arrangement, culminating in a visually striking display
  • Insider tips to elegantly present your board and accentuate its bounty

Each charcuterie creation will emerge as an edible masterpiece, an artful fusion of flavors—encompassing the spectrum from sweet to savory, with a hint of spice for a perfectly balanced ensemble.

When: Saturday, Nov. 18, 2023, 10 a.m. – noon; RSVP online by Nov. 10, 2023.

Where: OC Fair & Event Center – Centennial Farm

How much: Participants must bring their own board (we recommend a board that is approximately 10 inches x 14 inches in size). A $35 class fee covers ingredients and any handouts. There will be NO refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of a class. For cancellations made prior, only the class fee will be refunded (not booking fees).
