OC Fair & Event Center works in partnership with Lopez Works, Incorporated to provide Horse Feeding, Box Stall Cleaning and Arena Maintenance services.

Lopez Works, Incorporated, has more than 35 years’ experience with the expertise to get the job done. They pride themselves in performance, quality and customer service. Services provided by LWI have included street sweeping and cleaning, parking lot cleanup, property maintenance, construction grading, dust control, construction site cleanup, pressure steam cleaning, hauling, waste removal and event services including swap-meet cleanup. They have operated throughout Southern California.

Communication is the key to their success. LWI will have a designated Site Supervisor at the OC Fair equestrian center with a 24-hour access number for emergencies and special requests. This will enable them to accommodate OC Fair & Event Center staff with remarkable response time as it relates to the equestrian center clients.

Safety is everyone’s first concern. LWI employees have routine safety meetings with training orientations and will plan to meet daily with OC Fair staff. LWI exceeds OSHA requirements with protective clothing and gear. Having performed operations for government agencies, rules and regulations pertaining to safety and the environment are strictly enforced and followed. LWI believes community participation does not end at the job site. In their line of business, they feel they can make a difference in reducing pollution and maintaining a clean environment with EPA-approved equipment and procedures. As a certified small business with the state of California and a member of the Better Business Bureau, LWI takes a step further in participating in the community by contributing to local organizations.

LWI will partner with West Coast Arenas LLC to provide expert maintenance of the equestrian center arenas. Walter Navas, CEO of West Coast Arenas LLC, has over 30 years’ experience in the construction and maintenance of horse arenas. Walter worked for Blenheim Equisports previously. West Coast Arenas has worked at Fairbanks Riding Club, Nellie Gail Ranch, JM Equestrian, Ace Equestrian, SJC Stables, Rancho Sierra Vista and Coastal Equestrian Centre just to name a few. They have built arenas all over Southern California specializing in all disciplines.
