Vendor registration is closed for the 2025 OC Fair.
Applications will be accepted until 5 p.m. on Friday, March 7. By submitting an application, you understand it is for consideration only. Space is not guaranteed. Please carefully read the information below before entering the application process.

- List of fairs and events at which you have recently participated
- Products list – you will not be approved to sell any product that is not listed on your application
- Menus (concessions)
- Pricing (lead generating must indicate a cost range)
- Booth requirements (indoor, outdoor or either)
- Required space/booth size
- Utility needs

Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday: 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.; Buildings close at 10 p.m.
Friday & Saturday: 11 a.m. – midnight; Buildings close at 11 p.m.
Monday & Tuesday – CLOSED
