Our friend Pam, the culinary arts supervisor, grabbed a few items from our Salsa Garden at Centennial Farm and is teaching us how to whip up a delicious corn salsa.

What you’ll need: corn on the cob, green peppers, jalapeno, tomatoes, cilantro, red onion, lime, sea salt, pepper. And don’t forget the tortilla chips!

During the annual OC Fair, you can often find Darden performing evenings in the OC Promenade. The Orange County band – featuring sisters Selah, Clarah, Havi and Tabbi – perform their original song “Chase the Clouds Away” in their backyard for us!

We took our mascot Olivia the Orange on a tour of Centennial Farm! Did you know our farm is a real working farm? We grow crops and have lots of animals including pigs, goats, cows and chickens. Our friend Evy has lots of fun facts to share with you.
